allow config like:

[[http.servers]]
name = "foo.example.com"
config = """\
    location / {
        proxy_pass http://bar.example.com;
    }
"""

or, if possible, maybe named:

[http.servers.foo]
name = "foo.example.com"
config = """\
    location / {
        proxy_pass http://bar.example.com;
    }
"""
