[Step to reproduce]

  1. Construct ArrayList with initialCapacity
List<Object> l = new ArrayList<Object>(5);
  1. Run AutoRefactor with Diamon operator option
    Nothing happens.

※If run with Eclipse > Source > Clean Up > Remove redundant type arguments, diamon operator will be refactored properly.
