Allow to pass file as input for --exclude #11

The list of directories that should be ignored can be quite long. Should be possible to pass an input file (.json?) to --exclude to exclude all those files.

Maybe a .txt is fine. Currently I exclude these directories:

"Program Files" "Programme" "WINDOWS" "Anwendungsdaten" "Application Data" "Lokale Einstellungen" "Music" "Eigene Musik" "RECYCLER" "System Volume Information" "Eigene Musik" "Downloads"
