LazyArrays depends on FillArrays just to specify some rules with the latter. This should in theory go to LazyArraysFillArraysExt or FillArraysLazyArraysExt.

It doesn’t make sense since lazyarrays depends on arraylayouts which depends on fillarrays so it’s always loaded
