We've noticed in our github workflows that julia 1.11.0 is being installed.

Given that v1.10.5 is tagged as latest, is this a potential bug?

Steps to reproduce in https://julialang-s3.julialang.org/bin/versions.json
Recommend searching for "1.11.0"
