Previously downloaded files after moving to new phone

Describe the bug

After moving the app to new phone, seems like sharedpreferences or db evidence has remained, but actual downloaded content was lost

I tried re-downloading after copying URL from "downloaded files" section and removing the record there before attempting to download it again

I even tried copying the URL restarting app and attempting to download again, same result

This bug can be probably solved by just ignoring the missing content file, but you seem to have some kind of "evidence" that does not rely on content files being physically present, so that part should be reviewed too.
