Use https://github.com/matrix-org/matrix-widget-api to allow the Notepad to function entirely as a widget. This would be instead of using mxapps, which I don't think makes sense since the widget API is gaining most of the features that mxapps would have.

This depends upon matrix-org/matrix-spec-proposals#2876.
