@siimav and @RCrockford
I'm opening this to track the floating launch sites that need to be fixed. I'm currently trying to fix the broken ones for the current RSS and Textures STABLE RELEASE at 8k textures. This most likely won't work when the newer heightmaps are introduced officially. Do NOT RELEASES RSS with the new heightmaps until all of the launch sites are tested with them and nothing is floating or underground.

The big issue with this is that the fixes made for the highest res textures may not apply to the lower res textures. This is a major problem as we can't have several sets of configs for each texture type. This most likely means we will need to put the same heightmap file in every texture release no matter the res to make sure they are all exactly the same.

The currently broken launch sites in the latest stable release are:

Sohae - floating very high up - Tried to fix and can't

Naro - slightly below ground - Fixed

Wallops - slightly above, lower only a tiny bit, flatten ground more - Fixed

Brownsville - slightly above, lower only a tiny bit, flatten ground more - Fixed

Kodiak - mildly too high above, lower and flatten ground more - Fixed

Omelek - mildly too high above, lower and flatten ground more - Fixed

Fixes will be applied here: #197

I was able to fix all of the launch sites except Sohae. The ground seems to have mesh tearing that is unfixable because the launch site is too close to the water on all sides. Someone else will need to look at this.
