Feature: Floating overview (If it already exist please tell me how to do it)

It would be very amazing if you could add floating to it, so it would look something like milgra/sov. With that I mean the first image on it's GitHub page.

My english isn't that good, it pretty alright though. So please don't wonder if I make any mistakes!

Oh, and if this already exists, then may someone tell me how?

Currently there is no way to do this, but this is definitely a feature I would like to implement!
