Dislike button for filtering out unwanted content

This will be a client-side feature that will capture the post and author being disliked. Both will be broken down to what keywords they contain, which allows the user to determine what content they don't like.

Example user flow:

1. User finds 10 posts
2. 5 of them are about cats
3. The user dislike posts about cats, so they press "dislike"
4. (rinse and repeat)
5. User visit a page in safety settings
6. User seems a list of words or hashtags that occur often in content they don't like
7. Kaiteki offers to mute/hide posts containing those words/hashtags, etc.

Makes no sense to enable by default (clogs up UI/UX).

Maybe instead of the dislike button, have it be in the dropdown saying something like "See less of this" ?

Makes sense, but not exactly "see less" because it implies immediate action being taken, which is not being here since this process can be error prone. I'd suggest something like "I don't like this"
