Add to PackageControl

PackageControl is the de-facto way to install ST2/3 packages.

I would like to suggest that this package be added to their repository. Instructions on how to do that can be found here: https://packagecontrol.io/docs

I'd llike to second this even though it's ages old. The instructions for installing on the main page are also out of date as they don't work on current builds of sublime3.
