What do we need to add for a first iteration?

TODO:

colors: catpucin pastel

python: https://github.com/catppuccin/python
julia: does not exist, should we make an own repo?

fonts:

The initial discussion brought up Helvetica, alas this is a proprietary font.
Suggestions for alternative:

font: Roboto
monospace: Roboto mono or IBM plex mono
tex-compatible: TeX Gyre Heros

various tools (next to programming languages)
