• Cube map - cube mapping proposal #266
• Lights - Light Semantics #93
• Extensions - proposal: specifying compression extensions #230 and proposal: Open3DGC compression extension #208 (mesh compression)

I've narrowed the draft 1.0 scope down to the following issue labels:

• 1.0 - mostly just notes for the prose in the spec
• 1.0 extensions - extensions of interest
