LCZ030 updates very irregularly

What happened?

Pull request Koenkk/zigbee-herdsman-converters#3644 implements support for temperature and humidity values for the LCZ030.

These devices however are very slow when it comes to providing updated values. Big (quick) changes in the values are usually reported instantly. Pressing the reset button shortly also seems to push an update of the values. However during regular use the update interval is much too slow, and current values are often drifting >1 degree compared to the last reported values over Zigbee.

The issue #9054 mentions:

I have been experimenting a bit with this device and different configurations. It seems to me that the key to getting this device to report its values is to read it's attributes.

Would it be possible to "hack" in a feature where these values are read periodically in order to force a temperature and humidity publish?
