New KSP Plugin failure

I encountered a new KSP plugin issue when upgrading the KSP to 2.0.21-1.0.25, but I can not find the problem in the Gradle build script.

I am not sure if it is caused by Dataframe generation, because I tried to comment out the custom tasks of reordering, but it still failed.
