It seems that kapt search for jupyter descriptors creates a lot more problems than it solves (warnings on JVM target != 8, breaks on JDK 16).
I propose to remove it by default and enable it via key. In most cases, we have only one library descriptor per project and it is much easier to add it to Gradle manually.
