128x128 Panel, FM6363, ICND2018, HUB75

Hi!
Just received these types of display and was wondering if your library can drive it.
I was ordering HUB75E with ABCDE lines but received these.
Here are photos of the connector and chips.

I tried with two panels (#define PANEL_WIDTH_CNT 2)and ram seems enough (no dma allocation errors) but no display.

Setting the brightness to a low value, i.e. 50 or lower makes it flicker a lot.

The brightness PWM is made by the FM6363 itself.
Theoretically, increasing the DMA frequency to 13Mz should help.
You can also lower the brightness through the initialization registers in ESP32-HUB75-MatrixPanel-DMA-leddrivers.h:
ICN2053_CFG2_BRIGHT = 14,// <--- 0..15
But at low values, I observed uneven brightness in FM6353, so I have not used this register in the brightness change function yet.
You can also set the brightness level by current in the string driver - I'll try to add it later.

I can't get it to work with double-buffering enabled. DMA-double-buffering works.

And as I said, chaining seems not working, even if theres enough ram...could you explain that?

btw. I want to buy another panel with 256x128 and a so called HUB320 connector. Its a 1/32 ccan with ABC lines but R1,2,3,4; G1,2,3,4 and B1,2,3,4 lines. So unlike this panel with 1/64 scan, it's like two 256x64 panels and I think the output of R1 can be fed to R3 and R2 to R4 and so on...

algorithm:
draw in a normal video buffer. periodically (when the dma buffer is ready) we form data lines from the video buffer for sending to the screen (the lines have 16x3=48-bit color, so the buffer is only one line for each channel).

.double_buff
allows you to draw in the second video buffer without waiting for the output of the first video buffer.
Speeds up drawing.

.double_dma_buff = true,// DOUBLE_BUFF_OFF,
allows you to form a DMA buffer of a line to be sent to the screen without waiting for the previous line to be sent.
Speeds up screen output.

In fact, both buffers do not always give a visible acceleration.
It all depends on the specifics of the program being executed, the size of the screen and the frequency of screen transmission.

HUB320 - there are ideas .., but only for drivers with memory: ICN2053, ICN2153, FM6363 and others

I've talked to the seller of the 256x128 panel and the chip is ICN1063 or ICND1063.
Haven't found a datasheet yet. Do you think your library can feed it?

Ah ok...I too thought of buying a compatible receiver and get the signals. But seller told me for PWM chips the receiver needs to be programmer by the sender to be able to use the test-button.
And the sender-card is expensive.

The seller told me they might be switching to FM6363 at the end of the year.
So should I get the one with ICN1063 or cancel the order and wait for FM6363?

I cannot find any timing sheets for ICN1063...

The description of the registers ICN1063 is pulled out from the utilities for the panel controllers: change the settings described there and see how the RAV values ​​of the registers change. Commands and signal polarity - hope that they coincide with ICN2053 (the same for ICN2153, FM6353, FM6363)
