Add generic points/score gamemode

I think it would be useful to have a generic "Score" gamemode where individual players or teams compete to rack up score doing specific things, based on however the map designer set it up. There's a variety of ways it could potentially be used.
It would only be available on the maps that support score mode, else it would do literally nothing.
