Need support for solving issue with refund!

Hello Ledger developers team, i dont know how to make Ledger support work properly, tharts why one of my last hope is to address my voice to developers. I request the refund for big order (900 items) and funds are not coming. Please Help me to solve this issue ASAP (121721).
