🚀 Feature

Create a deepspeed_spawn for Notebooks. This will allow users to train within notebooks using DeepSpeed! There will probably be quite a lot of duplication if we go the current route with no mixins, so it's something to consider.

Motivation

User would like to use DeepSpeed in a notebook minimaxir/aitextgen#103 (comment)
