The Balance Bias is not shown on a clean boot.

Sending a TX to the wallet clears this and correctly shows the combined (wallet + bias) amount.

Seems to revert back to the wallet balance after an unknown amount of time whilst on power. Again a payment rectified this.

The bias also seems to reset after some unspecified amount of time, even when on power.

Again, a tx fixes this.
