All packages have been pulled for now, while we're investgating #97

Hmm for the previous version there are many .deb files like. https://github.com/Lochnair/vyatta-wireguard/releases/download/0.0.20190123/wireguard-ugw3-0.0.20190123-1.deb

Just not for the last version
