Refresh instance in settings

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be nice if I could refresh the capabilities of an instance (Whether it supports translation, what emoji there are, etc). This doesn't come up too often but when it does it's annoying not knowing if/when that information will ever be auto refreshed by the app.

In the instance settings, a button for refreshing the instance's settings
