generate manifest python script

itd be useful to have a python script that can generate a manifest.json file using either multiple blend files as input or pointing to a directory of folders (one folder per trait category) containing the VRM files + png thumbnails

basically point to the models folder in this repo as a cli argument and output a manifest file
