better graphql request for visible & accessible apis

In some case, an apis might not be retrieved with the graphql query.
if it's a child and it doesn't have a certain tag and a filter with that tag is enabled.
the same error is observed with a category or a search (if the name is different..)

requests could be better after leaving mongo support using sql request (#460)
