Wasmo v1.0.0 - What kinds of usages ?

We have already released the first beta version of Wasmo 0.1.x.

But, for the major release, we don't know exactly if we want to :

• let Wasmo manage the plugins sources
• use Postgres storage and S3
• support Zig, C, AssemblyScript and Haskell as missing PDK

NO_AUTH: no checks
BASIC_AUTH: check clientId/clientSecret generated at Wasmo startup or configuration
OTOROSHI: always behind Otoroshi. Checks jwt header (Otoroshi-user) and extracts identity (user field or clientId)

• One endpoint to send sources and build them (the endpoint response with builded binaries) : /plugins/build
• For doing the same AND storing sources in a new plugin, it should be two calls : /plugins to create plugin form sources and /plugins/:id/build for building created plugin
