Summary

It would be great to include the T2* and S0 maps in the HTML reports. Another useful, but not required, feature to include would be histograms of T2* and S0 values.

This stems from #450.

Where did we land on brainsprite?

Per this week's dev call (see #701), we're fine with adding brainsprite as a dependency, but no one considers it necessary. We should probably add the T2*/S0 maps as static images first, and then try out brainsprite at a later date.
