NEural iMplicit rEpresentation for whole Slide Image regiStration (NEMESIS)

Submission to the AutomatiC Registration Of Breast cAncer Tissue (ACROBAT) challenge at MICCAI 2022. We register pairs of histopathology images in two steps

  1. initial rigid registration based on SIFT features and RANSAC
  2. deformable image registration using coordinate networks, following our recent MIDL 2022 paper

Details of our method are provided in the PDF, code in the Jupyter notebook.
