Search seems to omit results when using "in" or "the" (and other short words) #1771

Using "the, in, as, on, of, it" seems to block search:

I don't know the background but it seems the correct solution would be to exclude these terms from search (potentially while informing the user).

I just noticed that using quotes seems to help though:
