[BUG][2.0] Extruder motor does not work while printing (normally moving from menu)

Description

When I try printing from sd card after successfully heated bed and hotend printer is starting printing but extruder motor is not enabled (i can manually moving extruder).

When I preheat bed and hotend manually from menu, extrude some filament from menu (30 mm for example) and immediately start printing from sd card it printing properly.

Manual extruding filament working normally as I wrote upper.

This is not hardware problem I guess cause previous version marlin (dont know exactly which but definitely older than two months 2.0 bugfix) does not have this issue.
