Need a compatible version of MMAction2 #11

The MMAction2 is now released to version 1.2.0, which is compatible with the MMCV>=2.0. But the MMCV version in this repository requires MMCV<=1.5.1, which means I can't directly use 'mim install mmaction2'. Besides, I can't find a compatible version of MMaction from official documents.

I have tried compatible combination: mmcv-full version 1.5.1 with mmaction2 version: 0.24.1
