Update Portfolio DApp with latest Wagmi version after our PR gets merged on Wagmi

Acceptance Criteria

• Successfully update the mmsdk branch in the Portfolio Dapp repo with the latest Wagmi version after our PR is merged on Wagmi and they created a new release with it.
• Integrate the new MetaMask connector from Wagmi into the Wagmi configuration of the Portfolio Dapp.
• Conduct thorough testing to confirm that:
  • All existing functionalities work as expected with the new Wagmi version.
  • The MetaMask connector integration functions correctly, enabling seamless user authentication.
  • No regressions or new issues are introduced by the update.
  • Ensure the application's performance and stability are maintained or improved with the update.
