Uninstall Help

I've successfully uninstalled and deleted what appears to be all of what existed of the MikTex package. I uninstalled it through the command prompt and then deleted everything directly through the folder files. However in my system storage under "installed apps" MikTex is still listed there as if it were still installed and the uninstall function of which naturally only returns a missing file error. So I can't seem to figure out how to remove it and it's sort of bugging me a lot. I was considering re-downloading the whole thing again in order to instead try uninstalling through the uninstall.exe that I'm assuming would be included in the program folder but I'm not sure if that would even solve the issue I'm having. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
