Download MikTex Installer for Windows x64 doesn´t work

I'm trying to download the last MikTex version for Windows x64 but it doesn't work for me and I don't know if there is a problem with my PC or because the website has shut down. I have to reinstall it because I tried to download the enumitem package on the fly while running some .tex file within TexMaker but I couldn't, so I realize that I have to install it (the package) from inside MikTex console but when I opened it, it turns out the following message: "A MikTex setup issue has been detected. So far, you have not checked for MiKTex updates. Remedy: Check for MiKTex updates." I attach both images of the messages.
