No output with "bbding" package

I asked about this a while ago. While I did get some suggestions, nothing seems to have worked. Specifically, I use to be able to use the "bbding" package with good results. Suddenly, about a year or so ago, that ceased.

I am using "TeXstudio 3.1.2 (git 3.1.2)" as the front end. I constantly keep MiKTeX updated. The OS is Windows:
Edition Windows 10 Pro
Version 21H1
Installed on ‎11/‎29/‎2020
OS build 19043.1083
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 120.2212.3920.0

This is the LaTeX file:

It produces no output. I have attached the build log from TeXstudio. I am hoping that someone can give me an idea of why this is failing.
