Command 'markdown.showPreview' not found

With one of my folders that I open in VS Code I am unable to show markdown previews. Using Extension Bisect found that the Intellicode extension is causing the issue. This folder happens to have some TypeScript projects while the other folders I open do not and the command works there instead.
