Add "Refactor [Ctrl+R]" entry to the "Find" menu #85

The new and very welcome addition of refactoring is not easily discoverable.

Please add a "Refactor" entry to Bracket editor menu, for example to the "Find" menu, below "Replace" or below "Replace in Files".

I use Brackets, I don't program it. I can try.
