Extend mobileIdClient configuration to allow the configuration of more than one Swisscom Root CA Certificate.
The configuration shall allow to add the new Swisscom Root CA 4 Certificate in addition to the current Swisscom Root CA 2 Certificate.

The MID/ADFS must expect that a Mobile ID Signature Response can either be based on the old "Swisscom Root CA 2" or be based on the new "Swisscom Root CA 4". It needs to be able to handle both Root CA Certificates at the same time.
