Welcome to the Kilosort2 wiki!

Kilosort2 is an automated spike sorting algorithm. The main advantage of Kilosort2 over Kilosort1 is that it includes

1. automatic drift detection based on correlated movement across recording sites.
2. automated classification of clusters as "good" based on statistics like the autocorrelogram of spike times.
