When I deploy contracts in the development and test environments, I encounter the following problems: There is gas in the actual account

Cannot find gas coin for signer address 0x20c6cbd0e1859a81230697d1395be99562d2a135982d2f900877a458a2b04bb1 with amount sufficient for the required gas budget 10000000000. If you are using the pay or transfer commands, you can use pay-sui or transfer-sui commands instead, which will use the only object as gas payment.
