This greatly improves the docs contribution workflow, thanks @abarciauskas-bgse.
I see, the solution uses an external action: https://github.com/rossjrw/pr-preview-action for the preview. I had a quick through it and looks pretty ugly in parts (like around https://github.com/rossjrw/pr-preview-action/blob/cf53ceab1e98ad4ab784de805faf0464b6c23dc6/action.yml#L98), but as long as it works... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

This works! only caveat is you have to wait for the regular build to happen as well as the preview action, i.e.
