• Removed the ServiceTableView since those tables have been replaced with the Metacat view service

It's recommended that this version of MetacatUI only get used with Metacat 2.8.8 or later since the "alternate data access"/ServiceTableView table is now rendered via the Metacat view service and not MetacatUI.
