Fix edit teams function bug

Edit teams function currently sends a http request to backend for each individual change (e.g. change repository or change jira project), rather than sending the http request at the end when the user clicks Finish Edit.

On dev environment, editing the fields in the edit team page is not working as intended. When the repository or jira project is change, the change is not reflected immediately with the new selection. However, the change still takes place and shows upon refresh.
