Observed in the local development environment

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Go: https://skosmostest.dev.finto.fi
2. In the left sidebars section, select the index list
3. Detect an unwanted change in the scrollbar

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Scrollbar styles should be the same as they are in finto.fi (http://finto.fi/yso/en/)

What browser did you use? (eg. Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Internet explorer)

Tried to take into use Webkit scroll bar related changes implemented in the PR (NatLibFi/Skosmos#1175) but found some incoherence issues between Opera, Firefox and Chrome.

There are two ways to go now:

1. Finding some suitable external library
2. Trying to find a solution without external libraries
