Please, provide the details below:

Livesync on real iOS devices do not apply changes in CSS files when edit JS/TS before that.

Please tell us how to recreate the issue in as much detail as possible.

tns create TestAppNG --ng
tns run android --path TestAppNG
change theme in app.css several times -> everything is fine
change something in ts files
change theme in app.css several times -> log says file transferred, but changes are not applied.
