Ban Thoughts.. What am I doing wrong

This might not be the right place for this kind of post, so I apologize if that is the case.

So I have tried unsuccessfully for a few weeks now to have any bot last past 1 day without getting taken out.

I use the Default config, except i turn on Humanlikedelays, gyms off and tutorial on
I bot for 1 hour in the am and 1 in the pm
Walk speed is 3km with a 1km variant
Using a NY VPN and botting in a NY location
no gym or raid activity
current api key and current NB version

At this point I am looking for tips and or ideas on what I could possibly do or am doing incorrectly, as this is not working for me at all

I think because many people use Default config, you look like them.
I suggest customize config as much as you can so you are not similar to other botter.

Currently the API is not simulated correctly.
Using the bot is therefore like running around with a red lantern begging for Niantic to ban you.

That's the simple answer.

What is going to happen with the API key I purchased will they refund money back or extend time

This bot has nothing to do with the purchasing of API keys. You would need to contact the site where you purchase the key and plead your case
