Neogit causes a black loading screen when starting neovim on v0.10 nightly

Description

Calling the setup function for neogit displays a pure black screen for ~250ms, overriding the colorscheme of the terminal and neovim. This only happens with the v0.10 nightly build, on v0.9.5, neogit loads with no black loading screen.
