Make each option in nethermind configuration docs directly referable by external link

Sometimes i want to send a link to an option in the nethermind config docs, but can't because only option namespaces can be linked to.

Describe the solution you'd like
Give each option in the configuration an Id and [maybe] make them directly copyable.

Describe alternatives you've considered
None. This is the simplest I've considered.

Additional context
Make each item circled red into a hyperlink that links directly to it. Leave items in green unchanged.
Repeat for all other option namespaces
