All agenda cards lost after changing ID after copy/paste import #821

I did the following:

imported a deck from copy/paste and saved
the deck is created with default HB identity but it is a NBN deck actually
I switched ID from the card selection to a NBN one
the ID is correctly updated but the agenda are all removed in the process
