This has been going on intermittently since I've had an Android Wear device, where certain times (unaware of a specific trigger), it will loop through sending the APK to my watch (Galaxy Watch 4). I can see on my watch it'll flash toasts of 0%....50%...100% and then shortly thereafter continue to do the update multiple times
